Longetra provides non-personal-care companionship and practical independent-living support. Our Companions do not provide personal care, nursing or clinical services. If somebody needs help washing, dressing or with medication, that is care rather than companionship, and it is not something we are able to provide.

AI Companion
Warm, natural conversation by telephone or on screen, designed to support social connection.
Digital Twin
What the companion remembers about you — your preferences, routines and stories — so that conversation feels personal. It is not a prediction, and not a profile of your health.
Family Hub
A shared space for family and friends: plans, memories and messages. They see what you have chosen to share with them, and nothing else.
Safeguarding support
Things said in conversation that may need attention are put in front of a person to review. It is not an emergency service or a monitoring service.

Prices include VAT where it applies. Companion visits are charged separately, from £35 an hour.
Before you choose
- A new paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You give a payment card when you start, and are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The trial is given once for each person a plan is for.
- A yearly plan is paid for the year in advance.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time. A move to a lower plan, or a cancellation, takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
- Nothing you have recorded is deleted when a plan changes or ends.
- AI call minutes are a monthly allowance, and do not carry over to the next month.
- A family seat lets you invite one more person. It gives nobody access by itself: each person sees only what has been shared with them.
- Human Companion visits are not part of any plan. They are available in England, where the service is open, and are charged by the hour.
