Is my data safe?
What you say to your AI companion stays private to you. Family and friends see only what you have chosen to share with them, and an organisation that supports you does not see your conversations. Our privacy notice explains how your information is used and what your rights are.
Can I try it before subscribing?

Does it replace human care?
No. Longetra is a non-clinical companionship service. It does not replace care workers, healthcare professionals or the emergency services. Where something said in conversation may need attention, it is put in front of a person to review.
Which devices does it work on?
Longetra works over an ordinary telephone line and in a web browser. No special hardware is needed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
